✥ Introduction:

• Take responsibility for recruiting all company positions (including Product, Marketing, Customer Service, and Technical teams).
• Create and update Job Descriptions (JDs) for each role based on actual requirements.
• Conduct internal training sessions to help new employees understand the company’s rules, policies, and each team’s workflow.
• Guide and support new hires during their probation period, ensuring they adapt quickly to the working environment.
• Work closely with department managers to evaluate employee performance and build a positive, engaging company culture.
• Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

✥ Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment within gaming, entertainment, or betting industries is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of product and industry structure, with the ability to identify and assess suitable candidates for each role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident, articulate, and enthusiastic.
• Skilled in candidate evaluation through interviews and behavioral assessment.
• Capable of preparing training materials, internal policies, and onboarding documents.
• Detail-oriented, logical thinker, proactive, and responsible.
