Job Description:

As a Customer Relationship Management Specialist, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for building strong relationships with customers across multiple platforms. Your role will focus on delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for our users.

• Manage live chat on assigned platforms, including social media, fanpages, and websites.
• Engage in online chats and phone calls through various social media channels to assist customers with account registration and resolve any inquiries.
• Handle customer complaints, guide users through deposit/withdrawal processes, and provide information about current promotional programs.

Skill/ Requirements

We are seeking motivated, communicative, and results-driven individuals who excel in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience in telesales and a passion for providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

• We’re looking for motivated individuals with telesales experience and strong communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment:
• Relevant experience is required.
• Good work attitude.
• Enjoy phone-based work, with a patient, clear, and pleasant voice. Telesales experience is preferred.
• Experience in telesales for gaming (preferred).
• Experience in telesales for other industries (considered).
• Office work experience or experience in jobs requiring frequent use of office tools, especially proficiency in Excel.

• Working Hours: 10 hours/day
  Days Off: 4 days/month
