✥ Introduction:
As a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist, you will be the key contact between our brand and our users — building strong relationships, answering inquiries, and ensuring smooth customer experiences across various platforms.
✥ Responsibilities:
– Manage live chats on platforms such as Facebook, Telegram, and website.
– Support users via chat and calls with account setup, inquiries, and issue resolution.
– Handle customer complaints, guide deposit/withdrawal procedures, and update users on current promotions.
✥ Requirements:
– Experienced in telesales or customer support (especially in gaming or similar fields).
– Comfortable with phone/chat-based work.
– Possess excellent communication and patience.
– Familiar with office tools (Excel, chat tools).
– Enthusiastic, responsible, and eager to grow.

• Working Hours: 10 hours/day – 4 days off/month
